Our two-year rotational program includes the ability to choose one of three paths – Analytics & Transformation, Finance or Process & Performance, where you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects with different functional groups.

The Business Immersion Program has given me the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects on three different teams across the business, allowing me to acquire new skills and form valuable connections with colleagues throughout the company. This experience has helped me learn to quickly adapt to change, embrace uncertainty, view challenges as an opportunity to learn and grow, and leverage guidance and support of leadership which has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth.
